Due to the current pandemic all patients will be asked to wear a mask while attending in-office visits. Please limit any additional individuals you may bring with you to 1 (one) if needed for care such that proper social distancing can be maintained. Any patient not willing or able to comply with this can be reasonably accommodated through our TeleVisit service for the duration of the pandemic and/or until DOH/CDC guidance circumstances change. If you feel ill or believe you are having any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, have traveled out of state in the last 14 days or that you have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19, please let us know before coming to our office by calling. If you feel you are having an emergency including but not limited to change in mental status, shortness of breath, chest pain, visual/hearing changes or feeling like you may pass out, please call 911 immediately. Please know we are following all the necessary and potential precautions to help reduce your risk of disease contraction though despite this, by it’s very nature, there is always a chance you may contract a communicable disease (e.g., COVID-19) regardless from any one of many outdoor or indoor environmental sources and that in-office visits should be engaged in at your own risk. For up to date CDC information please check here.
